Cutting

By the CNC automatic multi-head cutting machine, steel plates can be cut to any shape design. All the plates are cut to any required size by extremely
hot temperature with thickness up to 80mm.

Equipment and machines:
  • CNC Automatic Plasma & Oxy Gas.
  • Mechanical Cutting Machine 6100 x 20mm is able to cut Steel Plate with the thickness up to 20 mm.
  • Mechanical Cutting Machine 6100 x 12mm is able to cut Steel Plate with the thickness up to 12 mm.

Hole Punching

  • After cutting, we use the automatic laminating machine to drill or punch holes on the cutter plates as required.
  • Cutting angle, Sag rod, plate.

Assembling

Welding And Connection Details Welding

  • After assembling, components are transferred to the next procedure of welding two flanges of steel plates with submerged arc weld. This process creates welds with high quality, big intension and absolute sealing.
  • All welding is completely done by alternating electrical poles welding. All kinds of welds are done in accordance with the latest publish of American Technique Manual Book’s standards and instructions.

Surface Cleaning

  • Built-up steel plates and welds are then cleaned physically or cleaned by using the sand-spraying machine, depending on the customers’ choices.
SHOT BLASTING MACHINE, ROOM (8000 X 20000 X 6000 MM)
Equipment and machines:
  • Automatic shot-blasting machine, room (8000 x 20000 x 6000 mm).
  • Capacity: 120 tons/day,
  • standard: 2.0 ÷ 2.5 SA. 

Painting

  • KMP uses the industrial high-pressure painting machine according to American technology. Building components will be sprayed of grey paint coating or red paint coating or other special paints according to the customers’ choices.

Erection

  • Build column combing with purlins (if any), brace column together. Then, continue building rafters after adjusting column.
  • Install the inside truss frames, and then proceed to erect the outside ones (according to the movement of truck crane - see the enclosed construction drawing).
  • Settle two construction frames at the braced position before placing new frame. This process is translated for the next frame.
